Chipotle Breakfast Burritos

20130708-132743.jpg

This is just something I invented based off of Sonic’s Ultimate Meat and Breakfast Burrito, so, hang with me. 😉

•1 lb of regular flavor sausage
•Bacon, or bacon bits (which is what I used)
•Eggs
•Milk
•A few tater tots
•A packet of the cheese sauce you put in Kraft Shells and Cheese
•Chipotle powder
•Garlic powder
•Onion powder
•Sour cream
•Worcester sauce
•Tortillas

The tater tots take the longest to make, so put them in the oven and cook them according to the directions on the package.

Cook the sausage in a skillet, making sure it is crumbled well. When the sausage is cooked, cook and crumble the bacon, unless you have bacon bits. Add the bacon to the sausage and mix it together. Put meat in a separate bowl (unless you have two skillets, unlike me.)

Make scrambled eggs in the skillet next. I just used 8 eggs for 6 people, a splash of milk and salt and pepper to taste.

Now for the cheese sauce. 😉 It really isn a recipe, just whatever we had and I made it taste good. 😉 I put the cheese sauce in a bowl with some milk, enough to make it thinner and whisked it together. I added two spoonfuls of sour cream as well. The seasonings are to taste. I used two splashes of Worcester sauce, about a half teaspoon of onion powder, a teaspoon of garlic powder and probably 2-3 Tablespoons of chipotle powder. It didn’t taste really great by itself, but was great on the burrito.

You should now have all of your components available to build your burrito! Enjoy!
